This notice explains what happens to personal information when you contact Rogers Digital Studio or become a client.
Who we are
Ben Rogers is the person responsible for personal information handled by Rogers Digital Studio.
Information we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, the type of website you need, and the message you provide.
If you become a client, we may also use project correspondence, supplied content, billing details, invoices, and records needed to deliver and support your website.
How it is used
- To reply to enquiries, arrange a consultation, and prepare a proposal.
- To take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver, bill for, maintain, and support an agreed website service.
- To keep appropriate business, tax, security, and dispute records.
Depending on the situation, the lawful basis is taking steps before or performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in administering and protecting the business. Enquiry details are not added to a marketing list.
Who receives information
Enquiry submissions are processed by Formspree, the contact-form provider, and delivered to the business email inbox. Formspree may process submission and technical data in the United States and other countries using the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
Information may also be handled by essential email, hosting, domain, payment, accounting, or professional-service providers when needed for the project. It may be disclosed where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Personal information is not sold.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. Client, contract, invoice, and project records may be kept for longer where needed for ongoing support or legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so please do not include passwords, payment-card details, special-category data, or other highly sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally set first-party cookies, use analytics, place advertising pixels, or store visitor preferences in the browser.
A cookie banner is therefore not currently shown. If analytics or another non-essential storage technology is introduced, this notice will be updated and a consent choice will be provided before it is used where required. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact ben.rogers1800@gmail.com to make a request or raise a concern.
