Every plan has a 12-month minimum term. Hosting is included. Use your own website address, or ask me to arrange one at an agreed cost. Any paid tools are quoted separately.
The website design and build stay owned by Rogers Digital Studio. You can ask to buy the website after 12 months for a separately quoted price. Costs and ownership explained.

What does the monthly price cover?
Use of the agreed website and hosting, which keeps it online. The three plans with support also include one small update request each month. The minimum totals shown above are plan fees only.
What costs extra?
You can provide your own website address. If you want me to arrange one, I explain the registration and renewal costs before you decide. Paid booking, payment or other services, extra pages, larger changes and extra update requests are quoted separately before you commit.
Do I own the website?
You own the original content you supply. Rogers Digital Studio owns the design and build. After 12 months, you can continue monthly, end with 30 days’ written notice or ask for a separate price to buy the website. Hosting and website access may end if the plan ends.

Ask me something elseDo I need to know anything about websites?
No. Tell me about your business and what you want customers to do. I’ll explain the options in plain English and handle the design, build and agreed setup.
What do I need to give you?
Your business details, service information and any text, logo or photos you want to use. I’ll help you work out what belongs on each page. The written proposal explains who supplies each part, and you check the final information before it goes live.
You can get in touch before you have everything ready.
Can I provide my own website address?
Yes. You can use an address you already own or register one yourself. You will need access to the account where it is registered. Send me the address and I’ll check what is needed to connect it before we agree the work.
If you would like me to arrange a new address for you, I can do that too. I explain the registration and renewal costs first, so you can decide.
What are a domain and hosting?
A domain is your website address, such as yourbusiness.co.uk. Hosting is the service that keeps your website online so people can visit it.
Hosting is included in every monthly plan. You can provide your own domain, or I can arrange one for you. If I arrange one, we agree the registration cost, renewal cost and who handles renewals before it is purchased.
What does a small monthly update include?
One small request to change existing content, such as opening hours, wording or photos you supply. Simple website + updates, Business website and Larger website include one request each month.
Simple website includes no ongoing updates or support. Extra requests, new pages, a redesign or larger new features are quoted separately before work starts.
Can customers book or buy through my website?
Booking and selling options can be part of a Larger website plan. We agree exactly what you need first. Any fees for paid booking tools, payment services or other subscriptions are additional and explained before you commit.
How long does a website take?
We agree a target timeline before work starts. It depends on the pages and features needed, and on receiving your content and feedback. I keep you updated while I build and give you a working version to review before launch.
Can I buy the website outright?
After the 12-month minimum term, you can ask for a separate price to buy the website. Ownership of the included files transfers once that price is paid. The quote explains what transfers and whether you need separate hosting or other services.

What if I want to end my monthly plan?
All plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that, the plan continues monthly and can be ended with 30 days’ written notice. Hosting and access to the studio-owned website may end when the plan ends.
